Booking Policy

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of booking

  • A 15% non-refundable deposit will be taken from all snowmobile bookings regardless of weather conditions

  • A refundable pet deposit will be taken for all reservations (excluding RV and tent sites)

  • The renter will be charged for all gas used during their snowmobiling session

  • The renter will be charged $50 an hour for snowmobile rescues.

  • All Reservations must have a minimum of two people (one double, or two singles)

Cancellation Policy

  • Our refund policy is as follows:

    • Cancel 30 days prior to your reservation date for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 10 and 30 days prior to your reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days from your reservation date.

Waste Removal Station

While the Lodge doesn't provide a waste removal site, you can easily dispose of your waste at the state-run dump site located conveniently across the street!

Pet Accommodation Guidelines

Welcome to Smiley Creek Lodge, where we understand that pets are cherished members of the family. We pride ourselves on being exceptionally pet-friendly, and kindly request that you uphold a few guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Please kindly clean up after your furry companion and keep them leashed while enjoying our outdoor spaces.

Our pet policy is as follows: In the case of our luxurious cabins, a refundable deposit of $50 is required, in addition to a nightly pet fee of $10. For all other accommodations, a refundable deposit of $30 is necessary, accompanied by a nightly fee of $10.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that we strive to provide for all of our guests, including our four-legged friends.
