Come spend this summer working in the beautiful Sawtooth Valley of Central Idaho. Days here begin with majestic views and end with great company. This means you may work in different areas on different days, you may need to support the dishwasher while working the front desk. Experienced Line Cooks
The responsibilities for this department include: creative relationship with local, seasonal food, the desire to please every guest, the ability to handle a line of tickets, understanding of whole-food cooking, since of urgency, willingness to learn and cook items from burgers and fries to local, delicious specials, kitchen clean-up, as well as server and general lodge support.
Experienced Server for our Busy Restaurant:
The responsibilities for this department include: great guest service, food and beverage knowledge, since of urgency, closing paperwork, accurate money handling, café cleaning and side work, kitchen and general lodge support.
Front Desk Representative:
The responsibilities for this department include: great guest service, closing paper-work, accurate money handling, store restocking, reservations and lodging point-of-contact and general support of café and parlor/deli.
Housekeepers:
The responsibilities for this department include: cleaning lodge rooms, cabins, and teepees, prioritizing a cleaning schedule based around guests checking-in and out, managing all laundry, monitoring supply needs and inventory, working well with others, a strong sense of urgency, and general lodge support.
