From the south:
Simply drive north 37 miles fom the center of Ketchum on scenic Highway 75. This will take you over the panoramic Galena Summit. After you reach the valley floor you will find the Smiley Creek Lodge welcoming you on the left side of the road.
From the north:
Drive south 22 miles from Stanley on scenic Highway 75. You will have a stunning view of the Sawtooth as you drive through the valley.

The opportunities for outdoor recreation in the Sawtooth Valley are endless. In winter, backcountry skiers, snowshoers, snowmobilers and nordic skiers of all abilities can find a variety of fun and beautiful terrain. Beginning in early spring there are numerous opportunities for fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking road biking, wildlife viewing, photography, and touring nearby western historical sites. You may just enjoy taking a relaxing drive up Highway 75 through the spectacular scenery.
